STEP 2 - Packages Offered
Please choose a package that best suits your needs (choose only one):
	1) Basic Package	2 camera ceremony & 1 camera reception with 1 videographer, a highlight music video, and 3 copies final edit w/ customized casing. Price includes 4 hours of shoot time. Additional charges may apply.
	2) Deluxe Package	3 camera ceremony & 2 camera reception with 2 videographers at the ceremony and 1 videographer at the reception, a highlight music video, 3 copies final edit w/ customized casing. Price includes 4 hours of shoot time. Additional charges may apply.
	3) Premier Package	3 camera ceremony & 2 camera reception with 2 videographers at each, rehearsal visit, a highlight music video, personalized DVD menus, 3 copies final edit w/ customized casing. Price includes 4 hours of shoot time. Additional charges may apply.
	4) Remote I Premier Package	Same as premier package but with 4 camera coverage at the ceremony. 2 of the cameras at the ceremony will be "remote/unmanned" cameras. Price includes 4 hours of shoot time. Additional charges may apply.
	5) Remote II Premier Package	Same as Remote I package but with 6 camera coverage at the ceremony (4 remote cameras and 2 "manned" cameras). Price includes 4 hours of shoot time. Additional charges may apply.

STEP 3 - Available Options
Please select any options that you desire (optional - multiple selections allowed):
	A - Extension Package	$125 per hour, per camera-person. Capture those special moments before, in-between, or after your ceremony or reception. Its a great option to significantly enhance your highlight reel.
	B - Off-Location Filming - $250	Your videographer(s) will come to any location you desire to capture intimate shots of engagement events, activities, or rehearsal dinner footage. Includes 1 hour. Additional hours are $125 per videographer
	C - Love Story Package - $595	A 15-30 minute video montage that blends interviews the couple after their wedding along with footage from the wedding ceremony & reception. It's arranged like a video diary of sorts with a look back at your wedding day on video and in pictures.
	D - Photo/Video Combo Package - $425	Adds 2 hours of recording and a specialized highlight reel which incorporates pictures from your photographer as well as video. Additional hours are $125/hr and it is suggested to add as many hours as you have with the photographer. This package may only be added with preferred photographers.
	E - Highlight Reel - $325	Add a highlight reel shown in whatever style you choose.
	F - Extra Filming Hour - $125	$125 per hour, per camera-person.
	G - Extra Filming Hour - $125	$125 per hour, per camera-person
	H - Extra Filming Hour - $125	$125 per hour, per camera-person
	I - DJ/Video Discount - $50-$200	Check this box if you will be booking Millenium Musics' DJ package in combination with our Videography package. You will be eligible for a discount up to $200 off of our video packages: $50 off for Basic, $100 off for Deluxe, $150 off for Premiere, and $200 off the Remote Packages.
